Ordering Information

Delivery is exclusively to retailers.

The minimum order amount is € 250.

We accept all payments by wire transfer, bankcard, creditcard and PAYPAL. We do not accept cheques.

First Steps Holland BV reserves the right to cancel (confirmed) orders in case payment is not received within 5 working days from order confirmation.

We try to ship your order within 72 hours upon your payment (on working days).

It might occur some articles are not in stock. We try to inform you about it as soon as possible.

If First Steps Holland BV or any of its brands is represented in your country, you can order from us. Invoicing will go through us, for service you can contact our representative.

Shipping cost for orders applies as per this page.

We request all our customers to respect recommended retail price prices. Exceptions are possible and discussible.
